Powerful Leadership or Flawed Representation? In the Winthrop Sun Transcript the Independent News Gruop described our elected state officials as "powerful representation" in the "Our Opinion" article on page 6 of April 19 edition.

I believe Josh Resnek missed the point in his casino Op-Ed in the Winthrop Sun Transcript (March 22) to Winthrop's detriment. Josh discussed the style and design of the casino he believes suits us best. Josh accepts the reality that our elected officials have made the casino at Suffolk Downs a foregone conclusion, which I also believe.
